Bill DeLain
Bill DeLain is a region manager for Southern California Edison Co. He manages all phases of company/customer business, political and civic activities in Edison’s San Joaquin Valley service area.
DeLain serves as board chair of the Tulare County Workforce Investment Board and is also a director of the Tulare County Economic Development Corp. and the Visalia Economic Development Corp. Additionally, he is a member of the Great Valley Center Corporate Advisory Board.
