Randy Ghan serves as director at large for the Fresno Madera Tulare Kings Central Labor Council. He’s a veteran of the labor movement in the San Joaquin Valley, having been a labor practitioner for 37 years.
Ghan, a lifelong resident of the region, has a strong belief in the importance of clean energy and economic prosperity in the Valley.
“Those of us who have lived in the Valley recognize the need of clean air,” he said. “For the health of the economy and of our community, it’s essential.”
And he’s bullish on the sector’s prospects. “We’re on the edge of perhaps exponential growth.”
Ghan said everything is synergistically held together in the Valley – water, clean air, economic development. “Everything is so essential to the health of our Valley.”
