San Joaquin Valley Clean Energy Partnership: an opportunity for smaller jurisdictions in the San Joaquin Valley to access valued services through the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program without the administrative burden
The San Joaquin Valley Clean Energy Organization (SJVCEO) and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (Air District) are leading the SJV Clean Energy Partnership. This Partnership will develop and deliver energy efficiency services to eligible smaller cities and counties through the portion of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant program administered by the California Energy Commission (CEC).
