The San Joaquin Valley Clean Energy Partnership will be viable if at least 15 jurisdictions participate.  To join the Partnership, your jurisdiction will need to adopt a resolution.  At a later point, your jurisdiction will need to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD), the partner that will serve as the applicant and fiscal agent.  The sample staff report, Powerpoint presentation, and resolution below can be used to inform your jurisdiction's decision makers about the San Joaquin Valley Clean Energy Partnership. With advance notice, representatives from the San Joaquin Valley Clean Energy Organization and/or the SJVAPCD may be able to attend your city council or board of supervisors meeting to answer questions. For more information or to schedule a representative, please contact Cynthia Downing, cdowning@pesc.com
