This year the VIEW, Valley Innovative Energy Watch, is launching its first ever Kill-A-Watt Krackdown energy challenge. Do not let the name scare you away from taking the challenge. This challenge will help you to better understand energy efficiency as well as help your pocket book.
People interested in the prospect of clean energy in the San Joaquin Valley are urged to attend a small business and employment opportunity forecast from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Wedneday, March 14, at the Small Business Administration office in Fresno.
Rhonda Mills, of the Center for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Technologies (CEERT), will bring people current on the tremendous opportunities in clean energy that are coming up in the state and region. Learn of the employment and business opportunity that clean energy offers, and the projects, programs and policies that are here and in the pipeline.
